Redtop Hotel & Convention Center

We booked 2 rooms and both rooms were interconnected and they were very spacious and clean. The aircon was so good that we had to turn off one of them as it was getting very cold. The staff at the reception were very welcoming, smiling, and saying hello to us. On our first day, we went to the lobby to have breakfast. It was very good with lots of different items to eat. But the pastry or the cake was not fresh. The other facilities were great such as the gym, the beauty salon and the pool. I will mention a few staff names who provided excellent service and guided us where to go shopping. Desi – from Guest relationship Fendi – from the staff Neelam – from the coffee shop and a few more staff.

The hotel is in a prime location, and it took almost 45 minutes to drive from the Airport. The reception was smooth, and the staff was very kind and allowed me to check in early. The booking came with a breakfast complement. The room was huge and had a good view. It was close to all major attractions. The breakfast was very delicious, with lots of options and a live counter.

Simply love this hotel, super friendly staff, huge rooms, comfy bed, city views, great location with a lot of food stalls nearby, pool and big gym... what more could you wish for?
